Quick Tow Tip for you.
If you have a wreck within the city (of Huntsville) limits and your car needs to be towed away, they will ask you if you have a preference of where it goes. Majority of times, because so much has happened, individuals will say no. This will cause what is called a “Next in Line” with tow companies. There is an automatic charge for this. If you request a tow company, instead, the charge is significantly less.
Keep this in mind if you’re ever in this situation! And as always, remember to request Rocket Towing and Recovery for the best service in town.

My truck broke down this afternoon coming back for Tim’s Ford. My insurance provider called Rocket towing and recovery and they immediately dispatched a rollback to my location. I left the keys with the vehicle and the driver called me on arrival and notified me he had my vehicle loaded on his truck and was taking it to the dealer. Overall this was a great experience with excellent customer service and a professional tow driver that ensured my vehicle was safely transported to the dealer. If you have a choice in tow companies then I would highly recommend Rocket towing and recovery.
My car broke down 1.5 hours from home in a parking garage! Bill, from Rocket Towing, could have not been nicer on the phone! Tim quickly arrived and helped get it onto the street where us could be loaded onto a tow truck. Rocky, my hero, arrived missing only his cape! He got my car, which is super low, loaded very efficiently with absolutely zero damage! He’s very thorough and has a great work ethic! I’m sure his hours are long and hard, but he couldn’t have been kinder or had a better attitude! I’m very grateful for everyone at Rocket Towing!
Tim did a great job towing my car to the dealer. Multiple electrical problems kept the automatic and electronic systems from working but Tim worked around those issues. And he was nice and friendly to boot. Great Service.
Just had a great experience with Tim and Rocket Towing & Recovery. Had a flat tire and needed to be towed. Tim arrived within 30 minutes and got the car loaded quickly. Took my first tow truck ride. Tim was very efficient, professional, and kind.
